Toccoa Rookie League all-stars and their coaches celebrated the District 7 championship in Hartwell Monday night. Team members are (not in order) Kingston Schultz, Chase Hickman, Huck Thomas, Easton Koppin, Rex Youngblood, Grayson Turk, William Stein, Elijah Newkirk, Cohen Gastley, Jasper Ebadolahi, Emerson Edge and Cooper Teater.
